All members at 2nd Warwick Sea Scouts have been challenged to help raise money for their new HQ in St Nicholas Park during 2017 and a group of Cubs decided doing a 5k mud run would be a fun and muddy way to do it! 3 Scouts and a Beaver also joined in the fun on the day.

Abigail, one Cubs, decided that 5k wasn’t enough of a challenge so completed the 9k course instead!

Hannah, our 6-year-old Beaver, was entered for the 2k, but ended up running 5k too as she was having so much fun climbing over all the obstacles and getting muddy. She didn’t want to miss all the fun!

The obstacle where I crawled through a long tube and then tipped up and slid into a pond was the most fun!’ Hannah, 6 years.

So far they have raised £500, but would like to raise even more. You can still sponsor them online by clicking this link below.
